NextGen Kids Palace ("we", "us", "our") runs extracurricular clubs in partner schools across Kenya. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from parents, guardians and schools, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a prototype page prepared for demonstration purposes.
We use the information collected to register children into clubs, communicate with parents about schedules and progress, prepare individual performance reports, coordinate with partner schools, and share updates about events, competitions and showcases.
Photos and videos taken during club sessions may be used in our marketing materials, social media, and website — including this site's gallery. Parents may request that their child be excluded from public photography at any time by contacting us directly.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with partner schools for coordination purposes, and with festival or competition organisers when a child is registered to participate in an external event.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
